How to Become a 4-H Club Volunteer

Listed here is the information and paperwork required to start the application process.

You will need the following:

The completed application and signed standards of behavior form needs to be returned to the Extension office.  You will also need to call our office at 740-833-2030 to schedule your volunteer applicant interview and attend a New Volunteer Orientation meeting.  The meeting dates and times are listed on the application cover letter.  Thank you for your interest!
